Steering Committee

The role of the Steering Committee is to serve as the guiding post for the Alumni network. They meet regularly throughout the year to plan activities for the alumni, to serve the alumni, to pray for the alumni and the campuses, to recruite graduating students, and to act as a link between the InterVarsity campus needs and alumni.

Catherine
Catherine is an alumni of New York University, class of 2004. She is thankful for the Her favorite memory of InterVarsity days is

Cynthia
Cynthia is a graduate of New York University in 2002. Her favorite moments with InterVarsity were hanging out with other IVCF students in the lounge area located outside the IVCF office.

Dahlia
Dahlia is an alumnus of Hunter College of CUNY since 2002. Her favorite memory of InterVarsity is being a part of NYCUP '98. This was a 7-week urban project that revolutionized her thinking and changed the course of her spiritual life.

Jennifer
Jennifer graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 2006. One of her fondest memories of InterVarsity occurred when her chapter did random acts of kindness, such as distributing cookies to students in the middle of her college campus.

Joe
Joe received his Bachelors degree from University of Illinois (Urbana) in 1998. He then went on to graduate school and received his Masters degree in University of Chicago, graduating in 2000. Joe became a volunteer staff at Harvard University in 2004. He now lives, works and serves the Alumni Network in New York City. One of Joe's fondest memory of InterVarsity is pulling all-nighters to cook for outreach events at 20 banks.

Pauline
Pauline received her Bachelors degree from Fordham University in 2000. She completed her graduate studies at New York University in 2001. Pauline became a volunteer staff at Hunter College (CUNY) in 2003. Her significant moment with InterVarsity was Urbana 2006, where she realized that she will continually integrate missions and a global perspective in her life.

Savina
Savina is a graduate of Wesleyan University from the class of 2004. Her life comes to a full circle as she works as an InterVarsity staff for City University of New York (CUNY). She is currently involved with students at City College of New York in Harlem. InterVarsity has much significance in Savina's life. "I became a Christian in college and now I am blessed to serve as campus staff in New York City," she realizes.
