Our Vision
That InterVarsity alumni will radically live out the gospel and engage the world with the truth of Jesus Christ.
Our Mission
To create a strong network of alumni who will challenge each other to live out the gospel in the City and continue to give their time, talents, and resources to the work of InterVarsity in Metro-New York. We want alumni to have a vision to "transform your world."
The InterVarsity Alumni Network strives to:

What does it mean to be a Christian in New York City? Whether you’re just beginning your career or have been here for a long time, the Alumni Network seeks to encourage and equip alumni by hosting:
- Social events
- Worship nights
- Professional-specific seminars
- Topical forums
- Community service opportunities
- Church Connections

Serve the New York City IVCF Campuses
The Alumni Network wants to partner with InterVarsity to establish and advance witnessing communities of students and faculty who will follow Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. To support staff and students, the Network offer opportunities for alumni to:
- Pray regularly for staff and students
- Mentor and disciple students
- Share at large groups about careers and post-graduation issues
- Volunteer at regional retreats
- Support the ministry financially
How Can I Be Involved?
Sign Up for the InterVarsity Alumni Network of New York City! You will be subscribed to our listserv and will receive announcements about events and volunteer opportunities.
During this start-up process, we are also looking for alumni to join various committees within the Alumni Network. These committees will shape the ways in which the Network will serve the alumni and NYC campuses. They include:
- Alumni Events & Outreach
- Public Relations & Marketing
- Campus Ministry
- Fund Development
- Informational Technology
You will have the opportunity to join a committee at the end of the Sign Up form.
